3. Eat panner is essential: For fulfilling the requirement of calcium it is important to eat paneer.

4. Don’t eat sweet fruits: Don’t eat fruits that are sweet in taste.

After wakeup:

Make a drink: Take a glass of warm water and add lemon, cinnamon powder, and black pepper powder to it. It will detox your body and make it clean and healthy. It will also help in reducing weight fast.

After that, you can have black coffee with butter.

Breakfast:

Option 1:

Before lunch:

Lunch:

Take a good bowl of palak paneer and salad with curd you can add butter in it.
You can use only 50 grams of panner for 1 option.

Option 2:

Option 3:
